We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, creative individuals to provide a high standard of care and support on a day-to-day basis. The main tasks will be to support and enable people with a learning or physical disability to take positive next steps towards their independence. Support them to reflect, evaluate and recognise their learning and experience of their actions and provide personal support, assistance, guidance, encouragement and inspiration.
Ensuring that each of our service users can make informed choices.
Encouraging service users greater independence in everything they do.
Forming good partnership working with Local Authorities, voluntary agencies and community groups.
Planning a range of activities for service users to partake in.
